• Understand high level system requirements and translate those requirements into specific solutions.
• Able to work as a self-starter with minimal direction
• Developing /Unit testing
• Provide status updates to the Team/Project Lead
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed in software development.
• Ensure adherence to quality and timely project delivery

Qualification
B.E. /B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (IT/CS) with an overall aggregate of more than 75%

Experience
1.5 -3 Years of relevant experience

Job Description

The selected candidates will be involved in leading a development team and the responsibilities will include:

• Gather requirements from client
• Create high and low level design documents
• Review design documents
• Implement (Coding / Configuration) code review
• Allocate tasks and monitor them on a regular basis
• Review unit test plan
• Provide status updates to the Project Lead/Manager
• Interact with the Project Lead/Manager for resource allocation and estimation
• Configuration Management
• Develop Proof of Concepts (prototype)

Qualification
B.E. /B.Tech/M.E. /M. Tech with an overall aggregate of more than 60%

Experience
5 + Years of relevant experience (Experience doesn't matter, if they have required skills for this role.)
